PMI Reliance provides professional community association management in the greater Atlanta metro and areas of Georgia.
PMI Reliance is locally owned and independently operated by Dan Zisoff. We’re members of Property Management, Inc., a Utah-based property management company that has been improving the property management industry for over 20 years with thousands of satisfied clients in association, residential, commercial, and short-term properties. PMI has over 260 offices nationwide and over 85,000 units under management.
We understand that community management is challenging and time-consuming. Your HOA/COA is your community. It’s where you live and raise your family. Our goal is to help you run a harmonious and well-governed association. Our CAI-certified management team offers a fiduciary duty to the association with knowledgeable, trustworthy, and timely guidance in all financial, governance, and community matters.
We give boards and homeowners the highest quality management services by using industry-leading online technology to keep them informed of how the association is performing in real-time — instant access to financials, maintenance, communications, and records while giving residents a community portal to access notifications, requests, and payments.

Dan started his career in the electrical construction and wholesale field 25+ years ago. He has successfully held positions in operations management, sales and logistics, including regional and corporate positions with one of the world’s largest electrical distributors. He gained a broad knowledge of management and customer service working with commercial, industrial, and construction accounts.
In 2010, Dan started a successful real estate investment company. The company purchases distressed real estate, performs complete rehabs, and provides rental properties for low-to-mid income tenants.
Dan has been a family man for over 25 years. Dan and his wife Sheryl have raised three children in the Collins Hill area. Dan spent a good number of those years coaching baseball and softball, while also serving on his homeowner’s association board of directors.
He is a US Army Veteran, having served in the Army Aviation branch for 4 years.
Dan enjoys free time traveling with family and friends. He a tenacious DIY enthusiast willing to tackle any home improvement or repair project.
Dan’s skillset brings his unique abilities and talents to association management. His knowledge of corporate structure, management, contract negotiations, construction experience, and effective communications make him well-suited to handle any organization.
Dan is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Georgia and has earned the CMCA™ Certification through the Community Associations Institute.
